Why runners use it
Recovery between runs*
Training volume only works if you recover from it. BIOANTLER™ supports recovery as part of a routine built on sleep, fueling and easy days.*
Joints that keep up*
Every mile is thousands of landings. Velvet naturally contains collagen and chondroitin, two components of cartilage, which is why runners look to it for joint support.*
Strength that carries over*
Strength work keeps runners running. Velvet supports strength as part of that routine.*
What research shows
In a 10-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 32 trained men, the deer antler velvet group showed an increase in aerobic capacity (VO2max). The participants were resistance-trained, not runners, and the study used capsules at its own dose, so we don't promise the same results.
How to take it
Five sprays under the tongue, hold for about 20 seconds, then swallow. Morning and evening, including rest days. See how to use deer antler spray.
If you compete in a tested event, check with your governing body before using any supplement. Deer antler velvet isn't named on the World Anti-Doping Agency's Prohibited List, but anti-doping agencies caution athletes about velvet products.
