This Privacy Policy explains how BIOFITNESS LAB™ ("BIOFITNESS LAB," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit bioantler.com, buy BIOANTLER™ products or contact us.

Information we collect

• Orders: when you buy, we receive your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Messages and lists: when you email us or ask to hear about BIOANTLER, we receive your email address and anything you choose to share.
• Product feedback: if you report a problem with the product, we keep what you tell us so we can respond and meet our legal obligations, including reporting serious adverse events where required.
• Security and delivery data: the site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts are requested.
• No tracking cookies: the site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Square's checkout pages are governed by Square's own privacy notice.

How we use and share information

We use information to process and ship orders, provide customer service and the 30-day guarantee, send the updates you asked for, prevent fraud, run our business and meet legal obligations.

We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Square (payments and order management), our fulfillment partner (name, shipping address and order contents, to ship your order), shipping carriers, Microsoft 365 (email) and Cloudflare (site delivery). We also share it when required by law or in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email

We email you about your order. We send updates or offers only if you asked to hear from us, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting requirements, and protect it with reasonable safeguards, including access-controlled systems.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing email, by writing to hi@bioantler.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

Children

The site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
